3 Sonic Spotlight finalists announced
We are pleased to announce the three finalists of the 2022 Sonic Spotlight!
Fiona Sofia, Hospital Socks, and HYGEIA will all move forward to compete in the finals of this year’s competition to win a package of prizes designed to help grow their music career. Congrats to all three artists!
The three finalists will also appear during the 2022 Spotlight Round, the competition’s final, in-person showcase taking place Dec. 8 at Washington’s in Fort Collins, Colo. Each finalist will perform live, debut a professional music video, and compete for the opportunity to be the 2022 Sonic Spotlight winner.
The event is open to the public, and Spotlight Round tickets are on sale now.

In addition, another of this year’s seminfinalists, Fort Collins band Clementine, was voted by you as the winner of the 2022 Sonic Spotlight Listener’s Choice Award. Congrats to Clementine!
Sonic Spotlight is a music showcase and competition brought to you by the Colorado Sound along with the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and the Bohemian Foundation.
With Sonic Spotlight, Northern Colorado musicians age 22 and under from Larimer or Weld counties compete to win an opportunity to boost their career with a professionally produced music video, live showcase opportunities, studio time, gift cards, and other prizes.
In addition, all Sonic Spotlight finalists will meet with industry experts, connect with creative peers, and receive radio airplay, all in the service of creative growth and musical development.
