Welcome to the 2024-25 Colorado Sound Snow Report, brought to you by Initial Capacity!
Are you skiing in Colorado this year? The Colorado Sound has you covered with our Colorado Sound Snow Report, showcasing up-to-date information on ski and snowboard resorts and properties of all sizes across Colorado and Wyoming.
You can hear Ben read the daily Colorado Sound Snow Report each weekday morning at 6:45am and 7:45am, or you can check snow conditions and lift information below. The reports are updated daily.
Colorado snow report and conditions
For Colorado skiers, the report below includes snow conditions at Breckenridge, Vail, Eldora, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Granby, and many more of our state’s ski areas and resorts. It is updated daily with snowfall totals at each resort, as well as the number of lifts that are open. The ski areas are ranked in order of day’s new snow totals.
Wyoming snow report and conditions
And for those looking to visit our neighbor to the north, below we also share updates from some of Wyoming’s ski areas and resorts, from Snowy Range (less than 2 hours from Fort Collins) to Jackson Hole.
Avalanche information
If you are heading to the backcountry, be sure to also check the Colorado Avalanche Information Center forecast. The CAIC issues an avalanche forecast each day at 4:30pm MT, and the website has a color-coded map showing avalanche danger across the state.
We’ll see you on the slopes!
