We’re thrilled to share that the 2nd annual Colorado Sound Music Awards ceremony will happen this year live in person for the first time, and we want you to join us!

Tickets are now on sale for the first-of-its-kind ceremony, taking place at the Boulder Theater on Monday, Nov. 6. The ceremony is also a fundraiser for The Colorado Sound, and helps us to continue bringing you the best music Colorado has to offer.

The award ceremony is a celebration of Colorado music and our incredible community of fans, supporters, and artists. Each year we nominate five currently active artists in four unique categories, and you vote on the winners. There’s also a fifth write-in category we’ve dubbed the Colorado Artist You’d Drive 105.5 Miles to See.

This year, winners in all five categories will be chosen based on your votes and announced live during the ceremony on Nov. 6. In addition, we’ll honor longtime Colorado radio personality Chris K. with a lifetime achievement award.

The ceremony will also feature live music from two of this year’s Colorado Sound Music Awards nominees, iZCALLi and 2MX2, along with two-time 2022 Music Award winner Gasoline Lollipops.

Tickets are $35, and if you bring friends there’s a money-saving Me + 3 ticket package with a reduced service fee – buy four tickets but only pay the service fee once.
