Sonic Spotlight 2022
Applications are now closed for the 2022 Sonic Spotlight.

Sonic Spotlight is a music showcase and competition brought to you by the Colorado Sound along with the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and the Bohemian Foundation, with additional support from KCSU and Ent Credit Union.
With Sonic Spotlight, Northern Colorado musicians age 22 and under from Larimer or Weld counties can win an opportunity to boost their career with a professionally produced music video, live showcase opportunities, studio time, gift cards, and other prizes.

Artists in any genre can enter to win this unprecedented opportunity to grow their career. In addition to the music video and live performances, finalists will meet with industry experts, connect with creative peers, and receive radio airplay, all in the service of creative growth and musical development.
A panel of music industry veterans will be present throughout the program and will determine which artists advance, and ultimately which finalist is named winner of Sonic Spotlight 2022.
This fall, Sonic Spotlight will present two live showcases. Dates and details will be announced soon.
PREVIOUS WINNERS
Sonic Spotlight debuted in 2020, and the winner was Miranda Fling. Below is her song “Any Other Way.”
The winner of the 2021 Sonic Spotlight was Julia Kirkwood. Below she sings “Material.”
