Charley Crockett, Josh Ritter among headliners at 2023 Folks Fest

Charley Crockett, Josh Ritter, Tank and the Bangas, and the Tallest Man on Earth are among the performers at the 2023 Rocky Mountain Folks Fest, festival promoter Planet Bluegrass has announced.

Presented by The Colorado Sound, the Folks Fest takes place Aug. 11 through 13 outdoors at the Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons, Colo., and features performances from more than 20 artists over three days. Additional artists include Larkin Poe, Shovels & Rope, Celisse, Katie Pruitt, and the Secret Sisters. See the full lineup below.

In addition to the artists, the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival also features a Songwriters Showcase, a nationally recognized singer-songwriter competition that’s open to anyone who writes and performs original music – and who is not currently signed to a major recording or publishing deal. Submissions are now open.
