It’s a ’90s Stash Weekend!

Join us starting this Friday (Dec. 6) at 5pm for our first ever ’90s Stash Weekend! All weekend long we’ll spin songs that were released during the final decade of the 20th century.

And not just the classics that many of you know and love, but plenty of obscure gems and forgotten nuggets, too.

The ’90s Stash is Ben’s daily feature that he airs every weekday morning at 9am, where he digs up and plays a favorite from his vast ‘stash’ of 1990s music.

“For me, the ’90s was childhood,” says Ben. “I remember seeing Tom Petty’s music video for ‘You Don’t Know How It Feels’ on MTV and running to my room to change into a blue shirt. Watching a Beavis and Butthead episode where they talk through an entire Foo Fighters music video. My family had Nirvana’s Unplugged album growing up, and it was game over – I knew what kind of music I wanted to listen to.”

For his weekday feature the ’90s Stash, Ben says, “I’ve been able play all sorts of amazing artists like Fishbone, Fiona Apple, A Tribe Called Quest, Portishead, Guster, Johnny Cash, Pixies, Alison Krauss…the list could go on forever.”

And maybe it can – OK, not forever, but at least for a bit longer. Because now we are featuring these ’90s Stash gems all weekend long.
