4th Birthday Spotlight: Son Little

Colorado Sound birthday performer Son Little is setting up to have another big year. On January 31, he returned with his new album aloha, out now on ANTI-.

The collection blends classic soul with indie sensibilities, combing personal terrain in his most up-front album to date. aloha is Son Little’s fourth record. 

Little won a Grammy in 2017 for his work with Mavis Staples on “See That My Grave Is Kept Clean,” and in 2017, he released New Magic which Paste has said “did for the blues what Sharon Jones did for soul music.”
